Little Simon here just turned one! He looks just like his older brother too :) One year olds are definitely one of the most difficult kids to get pictures of, but we got there in the end!

Summer Mini Sessions

Summer mini's have come and gone, and they went great! I only had to chase a few, and got past some tears to get great shots :) The joys of children's photography! Is it weird that they are my favorite to shoot? I love taking kids' pics!

Sassafrass News and Information.......

I have had several emails the past few weeks about bookings so I thought I would answer everything in one post and save myself some time :)

1). How far out are you booked...... I am typically booked 4 to 6 weeks in advance. I sometimes have an opening sooner, but can't guarantee anyone that I can get them in if you wait to book. As of right now I have only 4 sessions left for July bookings, and 6 remaining for August. As soon as July is full I will open up September.

2.) I have had a few emails in the past few weeks wondering if or when I might do family mini sessions. The reason I don't offer them most of the time is because I don't like to rush family pictures. However, I did mention I would be doing some in November. I don't have any particular date set yet, but I do know how they will be structured...... They are set up as Christmas Family Mini's (so that you can get a few family pictures for Christmas presents and cards). They will be $200 (immediate family only) and will include a 40 minute session with 12 images on CD with print release, and a set of 25 5x7 press printed Christmas cards! This saves you $100 if you want to do it.

3. Fall mini session will take place the first Saturday in October. If I get more interest then six slots I may open up another day.

Samantha, Jake, and Colby {Utah Family Photographer}

Little Colby was a handful, but so cute :) I love little ones, and I love when families interact and I can capture them just being themselves!

Summer Lovin {Utah Children's Photographer}

These are my two darlings :) I think my daughter may want to be a model, she sure knows how to work it! I was so thrilled with this photo shoot, and will now be changing all the pictures on my wall. So happy to have so many of them together too!!!! I love when they cooperate and do what I ask, which isn't too often ;) They are definitely my inspiration though!

Brittni & Tristi {Utah Senior Photographer}

Aren't these two sister adorable? I know they are and they were lots of fun to shoot too! Brittni is our go to babysitter, and the kids love her :) Both girls are super talented too, Brittni just made Dance Company at Hunter High and Tristi made Cheerleader at Hunter Jr. Congrats to you both!
